Membership Termination:
1. Violation Consequences: Failure to comply with club rules may result in membership termination.
2. Zero-Tolerance Offenses: Immediate expulsion may occur for serious offenses, including but not limited to illegal activities, aggression, or endangerment of others.

Member Confidentiality Agreement

The member hereby commits to diligently adhere to the rules and instructions of this Association. Specifically, they pledge to maintain confidentiality regarding economic and non-economic data, files, work methods, reports, etc., that may come to their knowledge as a consequence of their professional activities within this Association.

Conditions for Collective Cannabis Cultivation Activity for Private Consumption of LA VEGA CANNABIS CLUB LANZAROTE CANNABIS ASSOCIATION

In fulfillment and elaboration of the objectives of the LA VEGA CANNABIS CLUB LANZAROTE CANNABIS ASSOCIATION, the Association aims to facilitate legal, regulated, controlled, and responsible access to cannabis for its members. The collective cultivation is conducted solely for the private self-consumption of requesting members, adhering to internal protocols specifying maximum cultivation quotas, withdrawal quotas, allowed frequency, and storage methods. The cultivation adheres to legal criteria, with any adjustments automatically reflected in the Association’s guidelines. Members withdrawing from cultivation beyond six months may face termination.

Forecast Sheet for Collective Self-Cultivation

I hereby apply to participate in the shared private cultivation of cannabis for self-consumption within ASOCIACIÓN CANNÁBICA LA VEGA CANNABIS CLUB LANZAROTE. I declare the following:
– Estimated annual cannabis consumption: 1,750 grams, acknowledging a maximum daily receipt of 5 grams.
– Familiarity with the Association’s Statutes and internal rules, particularly Art. 9 on generic prohibitions.
– Commitment not to utilize cannabis for any criminal activities.
– Willingness to contribute proportionally to collective cultivation expenses, as outlined in Art. 6, and acceptance of potential removal for non-use.

Membership Application to LA VEGA CANNABIS CLUB LANZAROTE CANNABIS ASSOCIATION

I hereby apply for membership in ASOCIACIÓN CANNÁBICA LA VEGA CANNABIS CLUB LANZAROTE and declare the following:
– Legal age status and a history of cannabis consumption or a medical diagnosis justifying therapeutic or palliative cannabis use, accompanied by a medical certificate.
– Familiarity with and understanding of the Association’s Statutes and internal rules.
– Commitment to pay membership fees and shared cultivation expenses.
